Terms & Conditions
1. Eligibility:
The Competition is promoted by Australian Bucket List Pty Ltd (the “Promoter”) in conjunction with Places We Go.
1.1. The promotion is open to all individuals aged 18 years or older, residing in Australia.
1.2. Employees, immediate family members, or agents of the sponsoring company are not eligible to participate.
2. Promotion Period:
2.1. The promotion begins on 16/07/2023 and ends on 15/09/2023 (the "Promotion Period").
2.2. All entries must be received within the Promotion Period to be considered.
3. How to Enter:
3.1. To enter the promotion, participants must complete the following steps:
3.1.1. Visit our website and navigate to the competition form: https://theaustralianbucketlist.com.au/content/competition-armidale
3.1.2. Fill out the required fields on the competition form, including their full name, email address, instagram handle and 25 words on their dream Armidale adventure.
3.1.3. Follow PlacesWeGoTV on Instagram – https://www.instagram.com/placeswegotv/
3.1.4. Submit the completed form by clicking the designated "Submit" button.
3.2. Each participant is limited to one entry per person.
4. Selection and Notification of Winners:
4.1. One winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.
4.2. The winner will be notified via email within fourteen 14 days following the end of the Promotion Period.
4.3. The winner must respond to the notification email within 7 days to claim the prize.
4.4. If the winner fails to claim the prize within the specified time, an alternate winner may be selected at the sponsor's discretion.
5. Prize:
5.1. The winner will receive:
• 2-night Premium Suite Package at the historic Tattersalls Hotel Armidale with breakfast included daily
• Three-course meal with local wine and beer nightly at the hotel's award-winning restaurant
• A Gorge Discovery scenic flight with Fleet Helicopters
• Private Director’s Tour at the New England Regional Art Museum of HINTON: Wonders of Hinton
• A visit to The Great Hops Brewing Company and a take-home memento pack including a case of beer, hat, t-shirt and stubby holder
5.2. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternative.
6. Publicity Release:
6.1. By entering the promotion, participants grant the sponsor the right to use their name, likeness, and submitted destination in any promotional materials related to the promotion without further compensation or notification.
7. Privacy:
7.1. All personal information collected during the promotion will be used solely for the purposes of administering the promotion and will be handled in accordance with the sponsor's privacy policy.
8. General Conditions:
8.1. The sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any participant found to be tampering with the entry process or violating these terms and conditions.
8.2. The sponsor reserves the right to cancel or modify the promotion if any fraud or technical failures compromise the integrity of the promotion, as determined by the sponsor in its sole discretion.
8.3. The sponsor's decisions regarding all aspects of the promotion are final and binding.
9. Limitation of Liability:
9.1. The sponsor, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be responsible or liable for any losses, damages, or injuries of any kind resulting from participation in the promotion or acceptance and use of the prize.
10. Governing Law:
10.1. The promotion and these terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with the promotion shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria, Australia.
By participating in the promotion, participants indicate their agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
